Background
My journey at BrainHi began with discussions about joining the team as a Product Designer. However, due to the need for a dedicated "Product" person, my role changed drastically. After a rigorous interview process, I became that person, embarking on the most challenging experience of my career so far. I was eager to learn and contribute in every way possible, from designing the product and new features to handling a full user migration to a new version. If it needed to be done, I did it.
So, what is BrainHi? At BrainHi, we used AI to help medical offices reduce patient loss due to missed calls by converting them into SMS conversations. Over time, it evolved into a comprehensive tool for booking appointments and even a queuing service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
